PREPARING TO FIND PROSPECTS

3 Tips to finding people to share your business with:
1.  CREATE A FRANK LIST of Friends, Relatives, Acquaintences, Neighbors, and Kids' Friends Parents.  Continually add to your list.
2.  Think about WHO THE PEOPLE ON YOUR LIST KNOW.  Add them to your list.
3.  NETWORK ON PURPOSE.  Get out and meet people.  Join clubs, volunteer, take a class, join a networking group, join Social Media groups, do whatever you can to build relationships with others.  As you're meeting new people, getting to know them, leading them into the different aspects of our business, you'll always have people to share your business with.  The KEY is MEETING NEW PEOPLE.

INVITING PROSPECTS TO UNDERSTAND OUR PRODUCT OR BUSINESS

In your new business, learning to INVITE is the most important skill to learn and practice.  You are inviting people on your FRANK list to learn more either by inviting them to:
1.  Our FAVORITE thing to INVITE contacts to is our PRIVATE FACEBOOK COMMUNITY.  You simply ADD them to the community, TAG them in a post, and MESSAGE them to let them know you've added them and tagged them to the group.  Then you stay connected, and continue to build the relationship.    Learn more about the ATM system here.  Ask us about our team groups and we'll help you get started.
2.  An EVENT - online, in a home or business, a 3-way or Conference call, etc.
3.  To watch a presentation or view information on a website or other company tool.

PRESENTING

We have a number of different resources available when it comes to presenting.  The most important thing to remember, is to LET THE COMPANY RESOURCES DO THE PRESENTING for you whenever possible.  We have amazing videos, that you can share or add to your presentations.  We have team members who present our YGY SOCIAL online events, we have some excellent brochures, powerpoints, and more.  Once you have decided which product focuses you wish your business to have, it's easy to find the main resources to share.

FOLLOWING UP

It generally takes between 5-12 exposures for someone to make a decision to buy a product or join your business.  FOLLOWING UP is KEY in this business, and can be a simple step if you focus on relationships, take notes, and use a system that works for you. 

Remember, once someone is a Customer or Associate, FOLLOWING UP doesn't end there.  Continue to make Customer Care Calls to see how they're feeling or enjoying the products and if they have questions, and to let your Customers and Associates know the best way for them to get the products they love. 

Tip:  People love to hear about our Autoship (free shipping on orders over 100 QV) or Social Selling (50% off item for every $75 they spend).

The MOST POPULAR method of follow-up for our team is to simply ADD them to our team's SECRET Customer and Contact support Facebook groups.  We have one for HEALTH and one for PHOTO, and you just follow the ATM system I mentioned above, and keep track of communication using our tracking document.  

Another great system of follow-up is to add your Customers contact information to an email funnel program.  Contact me and I can recommend one that is set up for Youngevity Distributors.

COMPENSATION BASICS

Simple TERMS and ACRONYMS
Volume - The dollar value of an order.  This value is connected to a qualifying number or a bonus number.
Retail - What our customers or clients pay
Wholesale - What we pay as a Distributor, Preferred Customers in YGY or when on Club HM
Qualifying Volume (QV) - The amount of volume counting towards our rank requirement
Bonus Value (BV)  - The amount of volume we are paid on (will always be less than QV)
Group Qualifying Volume (GQV) - The amount of group volume counting towards our rank requirement
Enroller – The person that you joined with
Sponsor – The person that is your current upline in your lineage
Associate -  The term used when referring to someone who not only uses the products but makes commissions by selling them to Customers and other Associates as well.

First Step Sales Associate

NEXT STEP:  LEADER
1 Star Executive

Becoming a Leader in Youngevity, means that you've now started sponsoring and building a team of Associates.  The first rank promotion for team building is Regional Marketing Director (RMD).  The qualifications are simple:  purchase at least 150 in Qualifying volume (PQV), and sponsor 3 Customers or Associates who each purchase at least $50 in Qualifying Volume (PQV).  Congratulations!  You're an RMD!

The entire compensation plan is based on duplication.  Now that you know how to become an RMD, you can help your team do what you've done.

To become a 1 STAR EXECUTIVE, you sponsor and train 3 RMD's in your team.  Each Sales Associate needs to be on your 1st level, as you see in the diagram below. 

There is an additional requirement to be a 1 Star Associate.  You need to have $5400 in Group Volume (GV) in the first 3 levels of your organization.  Your personal purchases, customer sales, your Associate's purchases and Customer sales all count toward your GV.
