Many of our team members are having great success with weight loss and making healthy lifestyle changes. Their stories are amazing, and hearing the positive ways our lives can be impacted by taking care of our health is helpful and motivating for those of us on our own roads to better health.
Take a few minutes to hear their stories and tips they share. Thank-you Nanci Bottcher, Candy McCune, Patty Spielman, and Lori Brandenburg for sharing your journey, knowledge, and experiences with us.

We were so excited to have award winning photographer, Nick Kelsh on one of our team calls recently. Here are some of the things we learned from him. Some quick TIPS Nick shared are: - keep your camera parallel with the thing you are copying - be sure the lens is over the center of the picture - lighting is important. Be sure there isn't anything above your phone that will reflect whiteness into the picture. To watch Nick's complete training for Youngevity's photo enthusiasts, sharing photography tips for our regular and smart phone cameras, CLICK HERE. I know many of my scrapbooking friends submit layouts for Pages on Parade incentives. Try these tips the next time you want to digitize your layouts to submit. We had award winning photographer, Nick Kelsh, on our training call earlier this week, and he shared a number of tips with us about ways to take better photos with our cameras, and also with our smart phone cameras. I found this particular tip to be fun, particularly resourceful, and quite "smart" actually. Looking at the quality of the photo on the camera, we can see how useful our smart devices can be when it comes to preserving and duplicating our precious photos. It's time to take out my Iphone and scan in some photos! Nick Kelsh is a renowned photographer and author of nine books, including the bestselling Naked Babies and Siblings (co-authored with Pulitzer Prize winning writer, Anna Quindlen) and three how-to books for amateurs, How to Photograph Your Baby, How to Photograph Your Family and How to Photograph Your Life. He has appeared Oprah and The Today Show, and has been featured in Time, Life, Newsweek, National Geographic, The New Yorker, Forbes, and Fortune. He illustrated Rachel Carson’s classic The Sense of Wonder, and wrote and photographed two gift books: How to be Santa Claus and How to be Dad. He also wrote the popular column Great Shots for Creative Memories’ Lasting Moments magazine.
